What makes Longwave different from a normal bulb?
Longwave bulbs are real incandescent light — warm, full-spectrum, rich in infrared, free of blue light, and flicker-free. Most modern bulbs are blue-heavy LEDs that keep your body subtly alert. Longwave is engineered for the warm end of the spectrum, the light your body reads as calm.
Are these LED or incandescent?
True incandescent. That's the whole point — it's the warm, gentle, infrared-rich light that LEDs can't quite replicate.
Do they fit my lamps?
Yes. Our bulbs use a standard E26 base (the common US medium screw base) and A19 shape, so they fit standard lamps and fixtures.
Which bulb should I choose?
For everyday spaces, the Full-Spectrum or Clear bulb. For soft, even light, the Frosted. For evenings and the wind-down before sleep, the Red or Deep Amber — our warmest, lowest-blue options.
What wattages are available?

Are they dimmable?
Incandescent bulbs dim beautifully on standard dimmer switches — one of their quiet advantages over LED.
